is responsible for monitoring risk management at Emil Frey Germany in accordance with Section 4 (3) LkSG. Mr Wohlfarth is the first point of contact for all human rights and environmental concerns of employees, authorities, customers and suppliers.
Emil Frey Germany has also appointed a lawyer as (external) Human Rights Officer (TÜV), who additionally monitors risk management in the supply chains and continues to advise the persons responsible internally. As an ombudsman, the external human rights officer also guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of whistleblowers and complainants. The appointed external human rights officer acts impartially, is not bound by instructions and is subject to a duty of confidentiality.
