The Judo has appointed a lawyer as (external) human rights and environmental officer who monitors risk management in the supply chains. This person ensures the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower(s), secure communication and ensures sufficient data protection. The appointed human rights and environmental representative acts impartially, is not bound by instructions and is subject to the lawyer's duty of confidentiality.
