Our responsibility under the Supply Chain Duty of Care Act
JUDO Wasseraufbereitung GmbH (hereinafter referred to as JUDO) is a company founded in 1936 and operating at seven locations throughout Germany. As one of the largest manufacturers of water treatment plants in Germany with worldwide sales locations and global partners in the supply chains, JUDO is aware of its special responsibility for people and the environment in its own supply chains.
With this portal, we therefore fulfil all legal due diligence, reporting and verification obligations placed on us in accordance with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG).
Both the policy statement published on these pages and the Supplier Code of Conduct, as well as the established complaints procedure, are subject to continuous updating and adaptation to the knowledge gained and the results of risk analyses in JUDO's own business area and along the supply chains. Any deviating priority risks will be taken into account in the next updates of the Declaration of Principles and the Supplier Code of Conduct.
